How a move works
Four steps from "I need it moved" to "it's set."
Most of the work is in the planning. We look at the home and both sites before move day.
Call or send a request
The home, where it is, where it is going, and what it needs when it gets there.
We look at the job
The home, the route and the pad: what the move needs before it happens.
Move day
Our truck and crew bring the home in.
Set, level, anchor
Blocked, leveled and anchored, utilities connected and the skirting on, ready to live in.
Homes built before June 15, 1976 predate the HUD code, and many counties and parks will not accept them for relocation. Call with the year of your home and we will talk through your options, including removal if it cannot move.
Ask about your homeStart with the question
Tell us what you are trying to do.
Most calls start with one of these.
My home needs to move.

It needs to be set up.
Blocking, leveling, anchoring, utilities and skirting on a new lot.
My home is out of level.
Doors sticking, floors sloping: time to re-level.
The site is not ready.
Grading and footers before the home arrives.
An old home has to go.
Demolished or hauled off to make room.
I want to buy a home.

Questions we get on the first call
Straight answers, then a free quote.
Do you move single-wides and double-wides?
Yes. We move single-wides, double-wides and triple-wides, and modular homes, with our own truck and crew.
Do you set the home up after the move?
Yes. Set-up is the other half of what we do: blocking, leveling, anchoring, utility connections, skirting and finishing.
Can you re-level a home that has settled?
Yes. If doors are sticking or floors are out of level, we re-level homes that have settled.
Do you do grading and footers?
Yes. We grade the site and pour footers so the pad is ready before the home arrives.
How do I get a price?
